Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Freight Forwarding Agent course is designed to develop professionals with the knowledge and skills required to coordinate and manage the global movement of goods on behalf of shippers. The course covers freight forwarding operations, multimodal transport handling, cargo booking, route and carrier selection, documentation (such as Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice), customs procedures, regulatory compliance (including INCOTERMS, IATA, FIATA), cargo insurance, and warehousing coordination.
