Course Id: CSCKPIA/Q0001.

Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.

Objective: The Certified Supply Chain KPI Analyst course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and analytical skills required to define, measure, interpret, and optimize performance across the entire supply chain using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The course covers identification of critical KPIs across procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, and customer service. 

Duration: Three Month.

 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.

 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.

 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.

 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.

 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.

 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.

 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Online Examination Detail:

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Introduction to Supply Chain KPIs and Performance Management: Role of KPIs in Supply Chain Strategy Execution, Importance of Performance Measurement Across Functions, Types of Supply Chain Metrics (Strategic, Tactical, Operational), Responsibilities of a Supply Chain KPI Analyst, Aligning KPIs with Business Objectives, Challenges in KPI Implementation and Monitoring.

Module 2: Core Supply Chain KPIs and Metrics: Inventory Turnover and Days of Inventory (DOI), Order Fulfillment Rate and On-Time Delivery (OTD), Perfect Order Rate and Fill Rate, Supply Chain Cycle Time and Lead Time, Forecast Accuracy and Demand Variance, Cost per Order and Logistics Cost as % of Sales.

Module 3: Data Collection, Cleansing, and Analysis: Sources of Data in Supply Chain Operations (ERP, WMS, TMS), Methods for Data Extraction and Cleaning, Ensuring Data Accuracy and Integrity, Data Categorization and Normalization Techniques, Statistical Tools for KPI Analysis, Identifying Data Gaps and Outliers.

Module 4: KPI Dashboard Development and Reporting Tools: Designing Effective KPI Dashboards and Scorecards, Visualization Tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), Real-Time vs Periodic Reporting, Drill-Down and Custom Reporting Techniques, KPI Automation and Alert Systems, Integration with ERP and SCM Platforms.

Module 5: KPI Benchmarking, Target Setting, and Root Cause Analysis: Internal and External Benchmarking Best Practices, Defining Realistic and Stretch KPI Targets, Identifying Performance Gaps and Trend Analysis, Root Cause Analysis Tools (Pareto, Fishbone, 5 Whys), Linking KPIs to Operational Improvements, Action Planning and Continuous Monitoring.
