Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.

Objective: The Diploma in Wellness, Nutrition & Fitness Training is designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of human nutrition, physical fitness, and holistic wellness practices. The course covers key areas such as diet planning, exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, weight management, wellness coaching, stress management, and lifestyle modification.

Duration: 400 hrs (Equivalent to One Year)
