Objective: The objective of the Certified Yoga Instructor course is to provide a well-rounded and in-depth education in the foundational principles, practices, and philosophy of yoga. This course is designed to prepare aspiring instructors to confidently lead safe, inclusive, and effective yoga classes for diverse populations. The curriculum includes training in asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy (including the Yoga Sutras), ethics, teaching methodology, and class sequencing.Β
