Objective: The Certified Supply Chain KPI Analyst course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and analytical skills required to define, measure, interpret, and optimize performance across the entire supply chain using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The course covers identification of critical KPIs across procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, and customer service.Β

Module 3: Data Collection, Cleansing, and Analysis: Sources of Data in Supply Chain Operations (ERP, WMS, TMS), Methods for Data Extraction and Cleaning, Ensuring Data Accuracy and Integrity, Data Categorization and Normalization Techniques, Statistical Tools for KPI Analysis, Identifying Data Gaps and Outliers.
