Objective: The Certified Last-Mile Delivery Operations Manager course is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to effectively plan, manage, and optimize the final leg of the delivery process in logistics and e-commerce. The course covers route optimization, delivery scheduling, fleet coordination, customer communication, and real-time tracking. It also includes training on technology platforms such as Delivery Management Systems (DMS), use of GPS and mobile apps, and key performance metrics like On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First Attempt Delivery Rate (FADR).
Duration: Three Month.

Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
