Objective: The Certified Post-Natal Yoga Trainer course is designed to equip yoga professionals with the specialized knowledge and skills required to support new mothers in their postpartum recovery through safe and nurturing yoga practices. The course covers physical, emotional, and hormonal changes after childbirth, with a focus on rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor recovery, relieving back and shoulder tension, and promoting emotional balance.
