Objective: The objective of the Certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator (Foundational) course is to provide participants with a strong foundational understanding of Holotropic Breathwork, a powerful practice developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof that integrates deep breathing, evocative music, and focused bodywork to access non-ordinary states of consciousness for healing and self-exploration.
