Objective: The Certified Lean Construction Consultant course is designed to develop professionalsā ability to apply lean principles and methodologies to construction projects, aiming to maximize value while minimizing waste and inefficiencies. The course covers lean concepts such as the Last Planner System, value stream mapping, continuous improvement, pull planning, and integrated project delivery.Ā

⢠A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
