Objective: The Certified Exercise Therapist course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to use therapeutic exercise as a tool to support injury recovery, chronic condition management, and overall physical rehabilitation. The course covers functional anatomy, biomechanics, exercise prescription, corrective and therapeutic exercises, pain management principles, mobility and stability training, and client assessment.
