Module 2: Inventory and Warehouse Management: Inventory Planning for E-commerce, SKU Management and Demand Forecasting, Warehouse Layout for E-commerce Fulfillment, Picking, Packing and Sorting Techniques, Returns Handling (Reverse Logistics), Integration with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
