Objective: The Certified Behavior-Based Safety Practitioner course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools needed to create and sustain a proactive safety culture focused on human behavior. The course covers the principles of behavioral psychology, identification of at-risk behaviors, observation techniques, feedback strategies, behavior modification methods, and employee engagement in safety practices. 

Duration: Three Month.
