Pipe Fittings, Joints and valves: Introduction, pipe fittings, type of fittings, pipe joints, types of pipe joints, threaded joint, socket -welded joints, soldered joints, compression joints, valves.
Fitting and plumbing: Introduction, tools and devices in fitting work, operations in fitting work, tools in plumbing work, pipe fittings and joints.
Distribution Network: Introduction, method of distribution, system of supply, layouts of distribution system, guidelines for design of a distribution system, analysis of network of pipes, appurtenances in plumbing system, water supply system plumbing.
