Objective: The Certified Warehouse Manager course aims to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills necessary to efficiently manage warehouse operations. The course covers essential aspects such as inventory control, warehouse layout design, safety standards, logistics coordination, staff supervision, and the use of warehouse management systems (WMS).
