Objective: The Certified Health Information Technician course is designed to train professionals in managing, organizing, and protecting health information in healthcare settings. The course covers medical records management, electronic health records (EHR), health data analysis, coding and classification systems, privacy and security regulations (such as HIPAA), and quality assurance practices.
