Warehouse Operations and Processes: Receiving goods: unloading, inspecting, and recording, Storing goods: palletization, shelving, and storage methods, Picking goods: order picking systems (manual vs automated), Packing and dispatching orders, Managing returns and defective goods.
Logistics and Distribution: Transportation and shipping processes, Coordination with suppliers and customers, Distribution strategies, Warehouse-to-store logistics, Cross-docking and order fulfillment.
