Course Id: CTOA/Q0101.
Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective:This course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to support transport office operations effectively. It covers areas such as vehicle scheduling, record keeping, documentation management, communication with drivers and clients, and basic transport regulations.
Duration: Three Months.

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
β’ A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
β’ A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Transport and Office Administration: Overview of transport sector operations, Types of transport services (road, rail, air, sea), Role and responsibilities of a transport office assistant, Basics of office administration in a transport setup, Coordination with drivers, clients, and vendors, Understanding daily office tasks and routines, Maintaining files, records, and registers, Communication channels in transport companies, Ethics and punctuality in transport offices, Introduction to logistics and fleet systems.
Module 2: Documentation and Record Keeping: Preparation of transport-related documents, Maintaining trip sheets and route plans, Handling invoices, receipts, and challans, Logbook and dispatch register entries, Filing and organizing vehicle documents (RC, insurance), Handling POD (Proof of Delivery) records, Documentation for permits and passes, Using digital formats for office records, Data entry and documentation accuracy, Archiving and retrieval systems.
Module 3: Vehicle and Staff Coordination: Vehicle scheduling and assignment, Coordination with drivers and delivery personnel, Tracking vehicle movement and trip status, Managing emergency or breakdown calls, Handling driver queries and grievances, Maintaining staff attendance and duty rosters, Coordination with maintenance team or garages, Preparing shift schedules and work reports, Supporting compliance with traffic and transport rules, Reporting issues to supervisors.
