Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist course is designed to provide fitness professionals, coaches, and athletic trainers with advanced knowledge and practical skills in designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for athletes and physically active individuals. The course covers exercise science, biomechanics, program periodization, performance testing, Olympic lifting techniques, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Foundations of Strength and Conditioning Science: Introduction to strength and conditioning principles and athletic development, Roles and responsibilities of a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Understanding the SAID principle, overload, and progression, Types of strength: absolute, relative, explosive, and endurance, Energy systems: ATP-PC, glycolytic, oxidative and their application in training, Basic biomechanics and exercise physiology relevant to performance.
Module 2: Anatomy, Kinesiology, and Biomechanics for Training: Musculoskeletal anatomy and joint actions during key lifts, Planes of movement and kinetic chain dynamics, Force, torque, leverage, and stability in sports movements, Analyzing compound lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, Olympic lifts, Biomechanical considerations for speed, agility, and plyometrics, Identifying and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns.
Module 3: Strength Training Techniques and Progressions: Exercise technique instruction for major lifts and variations, Periodization of strength: linear, undulating, and block models, Accessory movements for hypertrophy, stability, and joint health, Resistance modalities: free weights, machines, bands, chains, Programming for maximal strength, hypertrophy, and muscular endurance, Safety protocols and spotting techniques.
Module 4: Conditioning, Speed, Agility, and Power Development: Designing aerobic and anaerobic conditioning programs, Sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, and change of direction techniques, Agility ladder, cone, and plyometric drills for power output, Explosive training using Olympic lift derivatives and medicine balls, Monitoring conditioning intensity (HR zones, RPE, work-to-rest ratios), Conditioning strategies for sport-specific energy system demands.
Module 5: Assessment, Testing, and Program Design: Fitness assessments: strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility, Interpreting test results and setting SMART performance goals, Structuring macrocycle, mesocycle, and microcycle training plans, Adjusting programs based on season: off-season, pre-season, in-season, Designing individualized vs. team-based training strategies, Monitoring progress and athlete readiness using objective data.
Module 6: Professional Practice, Recovery, and Athlete Management: Communication and leadership skills for coaching athletes, Nutritional principles and recovery strategies for peak performance, Sleep, hydration, soft-tissue work, and regeneration techniques, Risk management, injury prevention, and return-to-play guidelines, Career development, ethics, and scope of practice for strength coaches, Continuing education and certification renewal requirements.
