Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Power Yoga Trainer course is designed to equip yoga professionals with the knowledge, physical training, and instructional skills required to teach dynamic, fitness-oriented Power Yoga classes. Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and adapted for modern needs, Power Yoga emphasizes strength, stamina, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through vigorous, flowing sequences.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Introduction to Power Yoga: Definition and origin of Power Yoga, Key principles and philosophy, Differences between Power Yoga and traditional yoga, Benefits for strength, stamina, and flexibility, Role of breath and flow in Power Yoga, Qualities and responsibilities of a Power Yoga trainer.
Module 2: Anatomy & Physiology in Power Yoga: Muscular and skeletal system in dynamic movement, Core engagement and joint stability, Cardiovascular effects of Power Yoga, Energy systems and endurance training, Breath-movement synchronization (vinyasa flow), Injury prevention and recovery.
Module 3: Asanas & Dynamic Sequences: Standing strength sequences (Warriors, Lunges), Core-focused flows and balance poses, Arm balances and controlled transitions, Backbends and spinal strengthening, Power Sun Salutations and variations, Cool-down and recovery poses.
Module 4: Pranayama, Meditation & Mental Focus: Breathwork for energy and control (Ujjayi, Kapalabhati), Enhancing endurance with breath discipline, Mental focus techniques during fast-paced flows, Short meditations for strength and clarity, Mindfulness in high-intensity practice, Visualization and intention setting.
Module 5: Teaching Methodology & Class Design: Designing balanced Power Yoga classes, Sequencing for strength, flexibility, and detox, Cueing and pacing in fast-paced sessions, Adapting for beginner to advanced levels, Music, rhythm, and environment in class setting, Time management and flow control.
Module 6: Practical Training & Certification Evaluation: Demonstration of core Power Yoga sequences, Leading group classes and receiving feedback, Modifying for injuries and limitations, Personal practice development, Assessment of teaching technique and class structure, Final practical exam and certification process.
