Objective: The objective of this course is to provide learners with technical knowledge and practical skills related to the extraction and processing of edible oils from various oilseeds and nuts. The course covers oilseed selection, milling techniques, refining processes, quality control, packaging, and business management, enabling participants to operate or establish efficient oil milling units.
