Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.
Objective: The objective of the Certified Kriya Yoga Practitioner course is to provide in-depth theoretical knowledge and hands-on training in the ancient discipline of Kriya Yoga. The course aims to help participants understand the philosophical foundation, spiritual goals, and scientific techniques behind Kriya Yoga. It includes the study and practice of pranayama, mudras, bandhas, kriyas, and deep meditation practices to awaken inner energy and higher consciousness.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 2: Yogic Physiology and Energy Systems: Chakras and their functions, Kundalini energy and its awakening, Nadis (Ida, Pingala, Sushumna), Prana and its role in transformation, Panchakoshas (five sheaths of existence), Bandhas and Mudras for energy control.
Module 3: Preparatory Practices for Kriya Yoga: Yama and Niyama (ethical disciplines), Asanas for spine alignment and stillness, Pranayama and breath regulation, Mantra chanting and sound vibration, Trataka and concentration techniques, Diet and purification for inner cleansing.
Module 4: Core Kriya Yoga Techniques: First Kriya technique – spinal breathing, Kriya pranayama stages and sequencing, Navi Kriya and its significance, Maha Mudra and energy balancing, Kriya Dhyana (meditation) method, Awareness of inner light and sound.
