Objective: The Certified Exercise Physiologist course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to assess, design, and implement safe and effective exercise programs for individuals across various health conditions. The program covers human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, exercise testing, and prescription, as well as behavior change and risk management.
