Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.

Objective: The Diploma in Human Resource Development is designed to build expertise in managing and developing human capital within organizations. The course covers key areas such as employee training and development, performance appraisal systems, career planning, motivation, organizational behavior, and talent retention strategies. Students also learn about HR policies, labor relations, workplace ethics, and the role of HR in organizational growth and change management.
