Eligibility: 10th (High School) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Integrated Yoga Therapy course is designed for yoga instructors, healthcare professionals, wellness coaches, and individuals interested in combining traditional yogic science with modern therapeutic applications. The course emphasizes using yoga as a complementary therapy for promoting healing, enhancing quality of life, and supporting clinical treatments.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Foundations of Yoga and Therapy: Introduction to yoga philosophy and origin, Meaning and scope of integrated yoga therapy, Objectives and benefits of therapeutic yoga, Concept of Panchakosha (five sheaths of existence), Principles of yogic healing, Introduction to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Role of yoga in preventive and curative healthcare, Difference between yoga therapy and general yoga, Importance of therapist-client relationship, Code of ethics for yoga therapists.
Module 2: Human Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga Therapists: Overview of body systems relevant to yoga (musculoskeletal, respiratory, nervous, endocrine), Understanding posture, alignment, and joint movement, Basic physiology of stress and relaxation, Role of the nervous system in yoga therapy, Common structural imbalances and corrections, Breathing mechanism and effects on organs, Importance of spinal health, Yogic perspective of anatomy (chakras, nadis), Safety precautions in therapeutic sessions, Contraindications and medical referral guidelines.
